Olly served as a Police Officer for 30 years, working in uniformed operations for his entire career. Roles included, front line patrol, neighbourhood, specialist operations (Public Order and Roads Policing) and project management. During his career Olly has amassed a wealth of experience in multiple areas including, designing and delivering training, public speaking, working with the media, leading teams and working in multi-agency partnerships to name but a few.
